Prohibited Conduct
- Human trafficking, forced labor, or buying commercial sex
- Taking, hiding, or keeping anyone’s passport, ID, or immigration documents
- Charging workers recruitment fees, or lying to them about pay, location, conditions, or costs
- Using recruiters who break local labor laws
- Unsafe or substandard worker housing, or refusing required return transportation or written work contracts
Your Rights
- You never pay a fee to get or keep a job here.
- You keep your own identity documents.
- You get your job terms in writing, in a language you understand, and pay that meets the law.
- You can report a concern without retaliation.
